it's getting wild. 350 slices per second, billions of dollars in sales, gourmet pizza places popping up in every city around the world and pizza schools showing would be pizziolos how to make a "Better Pie" it's no wonder that even MTV is getting on the pizza band wagon. One of the big reasons for the outburst of interest is the brick oven and the difference it makes in quality and taste of pizza.
